If the PIXMA MG7120 is connected to a network and does not respond to a print command after it has gone into its power saving mode, disabling Wireless LAN DRX (or Wired LAN DRX) may resolve the problem.  Follow the steps below to disable Wireless LAN DRX (or Wired LAN DRX) on your PIXMA MG7120.

1. On the HOME screen, swipe from left to right and tap Setup.
   
   
    
2. Tap Device settings.
   
   
    
3. Tap LAN settings.
   
   
    
4. Tap Other settings.
   
   
    
5. Scroll down and tap either Wireless LAN DRX or Wired LAN DRX.
   
   
   
   
    
6. Tap Disable.
   
   

This will disable Wireless (or Wired) LAN DRX.  Press the HOME key on the printer to go back to the HOME screen.
