Support Code 1000: No Paper - PIXMA MG3020, MG3022

Description

Learn how to resolve possible paper issues on your printer if Support Code 1000 displays and the Alarm Lamp flashes 2 times.

Solution

Note The definition of the terms “Error Code” and “Support Code” are similar, and are therefore interchangeable. Both refer to errors communicated on your printer and/or computer.


Possible error causes include:

  • There is no paper in the rear tray.

  • The paper is not loaded properly.
     

What to Do:

  1. Load paper in the rear tray of your printer.

  2. Align the paper guide with the paper stack when you load paper.

  3. Then, press the printer's Black or Color button.

Note To cancel printing, press the printer's Stop button.
