Printing Lists (MF7280)

Solution

You can print the contents of the Address Book or a list of settings taht have been specificed from the Additional Functions screen.

Note:

Lists can be printed only if 11" x 17", LGL, LTR or LTRR paper (plain or recycled paper) is loaded in the paper sources whose settings in Other in Drawer Eligibility for APS/ADS in Common Settings (from the Additional Functions screen) are set to 'On'.

1. Press (Additional Functions) ? [Report Settings].

 

2. Press [Print List].

 

3. Press [Address Book List] or [User's Data List].

 

4. Perform desired settings.

5. Press [Done] repeatedly until the Send Basic Functions screen appears.
