Solution

Note Cleaning the print head consumes ink, so do this only when necessary.

Clean the Print Head

To unclog the nozzles and restore the print head condition on your printer, follow these steps:
  1. Make sure the printer is turned on.

  2. Hold down the Stop button until the Alarm lamp on the printer LED panel flashes twice, then release it immediately.

  • The printer starts cleaning the print head.

  • The cleaning will be complete when the ON lamp lights after flashing.

  • Do not perform any other operations until the printer completes the cleaning of the print head. This takes about 1 minute.

  1. Check the print head condition.

Note If the problem is not resolved after you clean the print head twice, then clean the print head deeply.
