Solution

Set the Display Settings to the Required Setting (CP740)

Windows
Display: 1,024 x 768 pixels or more
High Color (16 bit) or better

Mac
Display: 1,024 x 768 pixels or more
32,000 colors or better

 

Display Settings (Windows)

  1. Right-click on the Windows desktop and click the 'Properties'
    1. Alternatively, click 'Start', 'Settings', 'Control Panel' then double-click 'Display'.
    2. In Windows XP, click 'Start', 'Control Panel', 'Display'.

  2. Click 'Settings' tab in Display Properties screen.
     
  3. Select the highest 'Color' (on Windows 2000) or 'Color quality' (on Windows XP) setting available for your monitor's display.

  1. Click 'System Preferences...' from the Apple menu.


     
  2. Click 'Displays' from System Preferences.


     
  3. Select 'Thousands' or more to set Colors in the Display menu.
