Cableless setup Mode

Your MAXIFY iB4020 printer can be connected to a wireless LAN via Cableless Setup.  The printer must first be set up in Cableless Setup mode so that it can receive network information from a computer or mobile device.  Follow these steps to place your printer in Cableless Setup mode.

 
  1. Press the Setup Button.


     
  2. Press the OK Button.


     
  3. Press the Stop Button.


     
  4. Use the  > or < keys to display Other setup.  Press the OK Button.


     
  5. Use the  > or < keys to display Cableless setup.  Press the OK Button.


     
  6. The printer is now ready for setup on your computer or mobile device


     
  7. Run the setup for your computer or mobile device.  Follow any instructions.
