  • Check if the MicroSD card is inserted properly

  • Check if the MicroSD card is full

  • Check if the MicroSD card is corrupted

  • Check if the MicroSD card is compatible

Paper feeding failed

Flashing red light

  • Open the paper compartment cover to check of Canon ZINK photo paper is inserted

Paper jam

Flashing red light

  • Power the device off and then on. The photo paper will fed bed out automatically

Printer Cover isn't closed properly

Flashing red light

  • Close the printer cover properly

Device doesn't work

N/A

  • Make sure the battery level isn't too low. If it is, recharge the device
