If the paper loaded in the cassette 2 is jammed because the paper output tray is closed, open the paper output tray then remove the paper by following these steps.

If you can see the jammed paper at the paper output slot, remove the paper by following these steps.

Slowly pull out the paper.
Hold the paper with your hands and pull the paper out slowly to avoid tearing it.

If you cannot pull out the paper, turn the machine back on. The paper may be ejected automatically.

If the paper tears and you cannot remove the jammed paper from the paper output slot, remove the paper from inside the machine.

Reload the paper and tap OK on the touch screen.
If you turned off the machine in step 1, the print data that was sent to the machine is erased. Redo the printing.

Detach the rear cover.
Pull out the rear cover.

Slowly pull out paper.
Note

Attach the rear cover.
Insert the rear cover to the back of the machine.
If you were not able to remove the paper in step 2:

Detach cassette 1 and cassette 2.

Slowly pull out the paper.
-
If paper protrudes from cassette, remove paper and reload it after aligning edges of sheets.

Attach cassettes to machine and tap OK on touch screen.
