| The paper has come out of the printer. |
Remove the paper that has come out of the printer, press the Online button, and reload the paper. |
| A paper jam occurred in the printer. |
Remove the jammed paper, press the Online button, and reload paper. |
| The roll cannot be correctly detected. |
Rewind the roll manually until the paper caught in the rollers is completely out of the rollers. Press the Online button and reload the roll. |
If the printer cannot detect the roll holder, it was because the driver was installed without the roll holder being connected. Uninstall the driver, connect the roll holder, reinstall the driver.
