Checking Error History on the Operation Panel - imagePROGRAF PRO-1000
Solution
Follow the instructions below to display the printer's error history on the LCD.

Make sure printer is turned on.

Select 
Printer information on HOME screen.

Use the up or down arrow buttons to select Error history and press the OK button.
The five most recent errors will be displayed.
