Select the Scanner in Toolbox Settings (4400F, 8600F, LiDE 600F, LiDE 70)

  1. From within Toolbox, click Settings.

    Windows


    Macintosh

  2. Click the down arrow and then click on the scanner name. Once the scanner is selected, click OK and attempt scanning again.

    Note: The screenshot below is from Windows. However, the Macintosh screen will be similar.
