Cause

Prevent paper abrasion has been set.

What to Do

If you want to continue printing, select Yes using the buttons and press the printer's OK button.

Prevent paper abrasion may reduce print speed.

If you want to disable this setting, select No and press the printer's OK button.

Then press the printer's OK button to display the setup menu, select Device settings, Print settings, and then set Prevent paper abrasion to OFF.
