Resolve Support Code 1250 Issue for Your PIXMA MG5620 and Other Models

Find out how ro resolve a Support Code 1250 issue on your MG5620, MG6420, MG5520, MG5522, or MG6620 printer.

Solution

The paper output tray is closed when Support Code 1250 displays on your printer. The printer can't start until the paper output tray is open.

Open paper output tray

  1. Pull out the output tray extension (F).

  2. Open the paper support (G).

  3. Gently open the paper output tray (H). 

  4. Extend the paper output support (I).

After the paper output tray (H) has been opened, printing will begin.

Note The definition of terms Error Code and Support Code are similar, and are therefore interchangeable. Both refer to errors communicated on your printer and/or computer.
