Instructions to set a custom paper size in Mac OS X. You can choose non-standard paper sizes for printing tasks by specifying custom sizes in inches or millimeters.

  1. Open the Print dialog box by clicking File and selecting 'Print' from inside the application being printed from.

Note: When setting a Custom Paper Size, borderless printing will not be available.

  2. Select 'Manage Custom Sizes ' from the 'Paper Size' pop-up menu

  3. Click the 'Add' (+) button.

  4. Specify the Paper Size setting.

  5. Either choose your printer's default margins from the pop-up menu, or enter your own values for margins in the 'Left', 'Right', 'Top', and 'Bottom' fields.

  6. If you want to change the custom size's name, double-click the name in the list and enter a new name.

  7. Click 'OK'.

  8. Open the Print dialog box by clicking File and then selecting 'Print' from inside the application.

  9. Click 'Print'.

Printing will now begin.

Note: The printer can handle paper sizes in the range of:

Front Feeder - 3.50 to 14.00 in for width and 5.00 to 26.61 in for height

Rear Tray - 3.50 to 12.95 in for width and 5.00 to 26.61 in for height

If a size is selected that is outside of the ranges above, there is no error, but the size and orientation of the printed image will be unpredictable.
