If you get a Printer not responding error on your wireless printer, check the following:

• Are the computer and wireless router connected?
  If not, restart the computer and try to print again.

• Are the router and printer connected?
  If not, restart the router and printer to restore communication.
  Also, the wireless printer detects all nearby routers. If the wrong router is selected, you can change it.

• Compare the network name for the computer and printer to make sure they match. 

• Check the network name for Windows or check the network name for Mac^®.

• Do you have a firewall active on your computer?
  If so, you may need to add exceptions to the firewall to allow network communication with the printer.
