The printer is unable to recognize the status of the ink cartridge. Printing functionality is disabled until successful communication is restored.

Press the printer's Stop button to cancel printing.

Check the following to restore communication with the printer.

  Check the connection status between the printer and the network.

• Web Service License Agreement Status

  Print the network setting information of the printer and check "Web Service Status" (registration status).
