If you do not have the CD that came with your scanner, or if your computer does not have an optical drive, follow the steps below to download and install the drivers and software for your scanner.

Your computer's operating system will be detected automatically. If it is not automatically detected, select it from the dropdown menu.

Click the Download button to the right of the listing for the Full Driver & Software Package.
Windows:

If your Mac has macOS 10.14 or later installed, you will need to download and install individual files:

ICA Driver
-
IJ Scan Utility2
Any other files available are optional.

If you are asked to run or save the file, save it to your computer. If you are using a Windows PC, open the file when it has finished downloading to begin the installation program. If you are on a Mac, open the file to mount a disk image on the desktop. Then, open the Setup file and the installation program will begin.

Follow all on-screen instructions to install the drivers and software for your scanner.
