Checking the Battery Information

Solution

 

Select [Battery info.].

? Under the [53] tab, select [Battery info.], then press <0>.

 

The use of a genuine Canon Battery Pack LP-E4N or LP-E4 is recommended.

If you use any battery other than the Battery Pack LP-E4N or LP-E4, the camera’s full performance may not be attained or malfunction may result.

? The shutter count is the number of still photos taken. (Movies are not counted.)

? If [Calibration is recommended when charging battery next time] is displayed,

? If for some reason, communication with the battery is not successful, [Use this battery?] will be displayed. Just select [OK] and you can continue shooting. However, the battery information screen might not appear.
