Scanning to cloud services

 

Solution

If you are using a cloud service that supports features such as saving and sharing files, use IJ Scan Utility or IJ Scan Utility Lite to send scanned images to the cloud service.

IJ Scan Utility and IJ Scan Utility Lite are applications for scanning documents, photos, and other items easily.


 Important

  • If using a cloud service, you must have a client application installed on your computer.
     
  • Features of cloud services are subject to change or termination without prior notice.
 

Sending Scanned Images to Cloud Services

You can upload the scanned images to a cloud service server by setting one of the following cloud services as the destination of images scanned with IJ Scan Utility or IJ Scan Utility Lite.

  • Evernote
     
  • Acrobat DC (only for IJ Scan Utility)
     

Setting

In the Settings dialog box or Settings dialog, select the item you want to set, and then select or add a cloud service for Send to an application in Application Settings.
 

Sending Scanned Images to Sync Folder for Cloud Service

You can send the scanned images to a folder synced to a cloud service on your computer by setting one of the following cloud services as the destination of images scanned with IJ Scan Utility.

  • Box
     
  • Dropbox
     
  • OneDrive
     

Setting

In the Settings dialog box or Settings dialog, select the item you want to set, and then select or add a cloud service for Send to a folder in Application Settings.
