Change the USB-Connected PC OS setting to correct this issue. The setting for Mac OS X10.10 or earlier should be set to Other. Follow the instructions below to change the setting.
1. Press the
button on the printer.
2. Select the Control Menu and press OK.
3. Press the down arrow to select USB-Connected PC OS and press OK.
4. Press down to select Other and press OK.
Turn the main power switch off and back on for the setting to take effect. The printer should now show only one copy, and once installed will print.
