If your prints have horizontal streaks running through them, or if images come out with incorrect colors, it is possible that some nozzles in the Print Head may be clogged. Cleaning the print head may help resolve these issues. To clean the print head:

Press and hold down the <Resume/Cancel > button on the top of the printer until the Power light flashes one time.
The printer will clean the printhead.
