Verify that the Bluetooth driver is supported.

Solution

Confirming that the Bluetooth Driver installed on your computer is supported.

Windows XP SP2 or later :

Click 'Start' , select 'Control Panel' and then 'Printers and Other Hardware'. Ensure that a Bluetooth Device icon is displayed in the dialog.

Windows XP SP1:

Click 'Start' and select 'Control Panel' , 'Printers and Other Hardware' , and then 'Wireless Link'. Ensure that a Bluetooth Device tab is displayed in the dialog.

Toshiba Windows XP computer

Click 'Start ', select 'All Programs' , 'TOSHIBA' , 'Bluetooth' and then 'Bluetooth Settings'. On the Bluetooth Settings dialog, click the 'help' button, the version number and then ensure that the version number is 3.00.10 or later
