How to reseat the print head
1. Confirm that the printer is powered on, and slide the cover open switch toward the right to open the cover. The print head holder moves to the center.
1-1. If the print head lock lever's tab is visible. Proceed to step 2.

Press and hold the <Resume/Cancel> button for more than three seconds. The print head will move to the right a little. Confirm that the print head lock lever is visible, and proceed to step 2.
2. Gently pinch and raise the print head lock lever.
Note: The print head should not be touched during this operation.
3. Slowly move the print head lock lever up and down several times.
The Print Head Lock Lever can be moved up and down.
4. Press the print head lock lever down until a click sound is heard.
