Description

Problems loading roll media from the Roll Units (RU Units) on the PRO Series printers.  These include the imagePROGRAF PRO-2000, PRO4000, PRO-4000S, and PRO-6000S Large Format Printers.

Solution

If you get a call where the customer is having issues or getting errors when trying to load the printer from the second roll unit please check to make sure the printer is not set to the Take-up Mode as noted in the pictures below. Make sure you check both the RU unit and the display panel on the printer.
