Solution

In the Add/Edit Windows Address Book dialog box under the Address Book Profile, 'Specified file does not exist.' is displayed when clicking OK.

In the Fax Printing Preferences, 'Address Book Profile' is selected.

After 'OK' is selected the message appears.

Solution :

Under Windows Vista, since only one address book for the FAX driver exists for a single log-on user, the Address Book Profile button does not operate to switch the address book.
