Description

When the telephone line condition or connection is poor, selecting a lower transmission or reception start speed may solve transmission / reception problems

Solution

Follow the steps below to access / change the Transmission (TX) or Reception (RX) Start Speed

 
  1. Make sure that the machine is turned on.
     
  2. Select  Setup on the HOME screen.
     
  3. Select  Device settings
     
  4. Select  Fax settings
     
  5. Select  Advanced Fax settings
     
  6. Select Adv. communication settings
     
  7. Select TX start speed or RX start speed
     
  8. Select the desired start speed
