How do I delete pictures from the CF card?
The images stored on the CompactFlash (CF) card in your camera can be deleted individually or all at once.
To delete individual images:
Slide the Power/Replay lever to the right to get into replay mode.
Use the Left or Right button on the multicontroller to select the image you wish to erase.
Press the Manual Focus/Erase button (MF and icon of trash can).
A confirmation message will be displayed. Use the Left or Right button to select ERASE, then press the SET button.
To delete all images:
Slide the Power/Replay lever to the right to get into replay mode.
Press the MENU button. Use the Left or Right button on the multicontroller to select the Play Menu (arrowhead).
Use the Up or Down button on the multicontroller to scroll to Erase All. Press the SET button.
A confirmation message will be displayed. Use the Left or Right button on the multicontroller to select OK, then press the SET button.
After all images have been erased, press the MENU button to exit the Erase option.
