Move printer from strong light source

Solution

If the printer is exposed to a strong light source when performing an Automatic Print Head Alignment, an error may occur.

Follow the steps below to resolve the error:

  1. Press the <RESUME/CANCEL> button to resolve the error.

  2. Align the printer so the Paper Output Slot will not be exposed directly to a strong light source.

  3. Try the Automatic Print Head alignment again.
