System error!!! Modem, sound tune-up extension error. (C545,C555)

When starting my computer, it becomes inoperable and the following message appears: "System Error Modem Sound Tune-up extension error".

If you just purchased a MultiPASS Peripheral, and are running OS 8.6 or higher on your Macintosh, then it is recommended to disconnect the USB cable from your computer prior to restarting the Macintosh. After the computer has fully loaded, reconnect the USB cable.

Note: This issue is caused when multiple USB devices are connected in one session of restarting the computer. Apple is aware of this issue problem and is working on a fix.
