Solution
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the error. Attempt to reprint the nozzle check pattern after each step to determine if the repair is successful.
Check that all of the packing material was removed from the the ink tanks and that they are installed correctly. Learn how to replace an ink tank in your printer.
If the pattern still prints incorrectly, the print head may need to be replaced.
