Autofocus may not work well on the following subjects. In such case, focus manually.

Manual Focus Adjustment

Adjust the zoom before you start the procedure.

1. Push the joystick ( ) to display the joystick guide.
   
   
   
   
2. Select ( ) [ FOCUS ] and press < >.
   
   
   - [MF] appears on the screen.
   
   
   
   
3. Adjust ( ) the focus as necessary.
   - The focus will be locked.
   -During focus lock, press < > to return the camcorder to autofocus.
