How to Disable IPv6 - TS8320

Description

If your PIXMA TS8320 is connected to your wireless LAN but does not have an IPv4 address, disabling IPv6 may help resolve this problem.

Solution

To disable IPv6 on your PIXMA TS8320, please follow the steps below.

  1. With the printer powered on and the HOME screen displayed, tap the Wi-Fi symbol at the lower left.

  2. Tap Wi-Fi.

  3. Tap Settings.

  4. Tap Advanced.

  5. Tap TCP / IP settings.

  6. Tap IPv6.

  7. Tap Yes.

  8. Tap Enable / disable IPv6.

  9. Tap Disable.

IPv6 will be disabled.

To enable IPv6, tap Enable in step 9.
