Cassette is not inserted.
 

What to Do

After loading the paper, push the cassette so that the mark on the cassette aligns with the front panel as illustrated below.

 

Press the printer's OK button.

 Note

• Once the cassette is inserted, the screen for setting cassette paper information appears. Set paper information for the paper in the cassette.
   
• To cancel printing, press the printer's Stop button.
