Understand and resolve Support Codes displayed on your computer screen when an error occurs on your PIXMA TS9020.

Solution

When an error happens on your printer, an error message appears on your computer screen. Some error messages on your computer screen may include a Support Code (4 digit error number).

If an error occurs during printing, for example if the paper runs out or jams, check your computer screen for the error message and Support Code displayed and take the appropriate action to resolve the problem.
