"Could not create a folder" error when attempting to install Print Studio Pro - Mac

Solution

If these errors appear when attempting to install Print Studio Pro on your Mac:

These may be the result of a permissions issue with the Plug-ins folder of Photoshop.  Follow the steps below to correct this issue and install the plugin.
  1. Navigate to the Plug-ins folder in the Photoshop CC 2015.5 (or other version) folder.

  2. Click on the folder to highlight it.  Then, click File --> Get Info.

  3. In the info window, click on the arrow next to Sharing & Permissions to expand that section.

  4. Click the padlock icon at the bottom of the window.

  5. Enter your computer's password if prompted.

  6. Set the permission levels for system and admin to Read & Write.

  7. Run the Plug-in Installer for Print Studio Pro again.
