If you are unable to open a TIFF file saved in CapturePerfect with another application, the application may not support that compression type.

Solution

If you are unable to open a TIFF file saved in CapturePerfect with another application, the application may not support that compression type. In this case, set the compression type for the image file to [None] and save the file again in CapturePerfect.
