Learn how to clear Support Code 2100 from your PIXMA MG5520, MG5522 or MG6420 printer.

Solution

Cause

The paper size you loaded is larger than the paper size in the print settings.


Action

  1. Check the size of the loaded paper, then press the OK button.

    This screen displays:

    screen: Reload paper as needed and select what to do: Print with the fed paper; Replace the paper and print; Cancel.

  2. Reload the paper if necessary, then select what to do.

    Note If you select Print with the fed paper, the printer doesn't detect the paper width for the current print job.  

    Tip You can change the print settings from the printer operation panel so the printer won't detect the paper width on any print job.
