If the buttons suddenly not stop responding, check to see if "Trkmonitor.exe" is running in the processes tab of the Task Manager. If it is not, browse to the following path: C:\Program Files\Canon Electronics\DR1210C\" and launch "Trkmonitor.exe" (double-click on it). The buttons will now function properly.
