If the toner is running low during printing, the message [Prepare a new toner cartridge.(XXX)] ( XXX indicates either "Black", "Yellow", "Cyan", or "Magenta".) appears in the display. You can continue printing but it is recommended that you prepare a new toner. If you intend to print a large amount of data, it is recommended that you replace the toner cartridge.

If the toner is running out, the message [Replace the toner cartridge. (XXX)] ( XXX indicates either "Black" "Yellow", "Cyan", or "Magenta".) appears in the display.

If the message appears during copying or printing, the job is interrupted after the fed paper is printed on. If the message appears while the machine receives a fax data, the data is stored into memory without being printed.
