DOCUMENT TOO LONG

Description: The document fed from the ADF is longer than following, or is not feeding correctly.
 For FAX: 24 7/8" (630 mm)
 For SEND: 14" (356 mm)
 
 
 Action 1: Scan the document on the platen glass.
 
 
 Action 2: Reduce the length of the document to within either 24 7/8" (630 mm) for fax or 14" (356 mm)
               for send, then try again.
