Checking the battery level status
Solution

Release the lock by turning the command dial to a setting in the image zone or shutter-priority zone
The battery indicator will be displayed on the LCD panel. The battery indicator variations indicate the following
1. The battery power is sufficient
2. Battery power is low. Please have a new batter ready
3. Replace batteries with new ones.
4. Camera may function, but rewind will not be possible
