Description

The front door of the machine will not close if the toner bottles and waste toner are not installed.

Solution

The toners bottles must be installed and fully inserted for the door to close.

Push each toner in as far as it will go.


Check to confirm the waste toner is properly inserted.

1. Align the mark on the waste toner container and the mark on the slot of the main unit, and insert the waste toner container.

2. Close the front cover of the main unit.
