Description
Understand and resolve Support Code 1851 on a PIXMA TS8020, TS8120, TS9020 and TS9120.
Solution
Cause
The paper output tray isn't in the correct position.
Remedy
View the video or follow the written steps below to resolve the issue.
Written steps
Incorrect: The paper output tray (B) is in disc label print position.
What to Do
To cancel printing, tap Stop on the touch screen.
Pull the paper output tray out from the disc label print position, then tap OK on the touch screen.
Correct: The output tray (B) should be flush with (A).
