Description

How to use the slow-sync mode.

Solution

Use this mode to provide backlighting when taking pictures of people at night or in low-light conditions. When you press the FLASH ON button together with the Shutter button to shoot a subject at night or indoors, the camera is automatically set to the slow-sync mode

In this mode the flash fires to illuminate the subject and a slow shutter speed is set to properly record the background

  • If the green lamp blinks, place the camera on a steady surface or tripod to prevent camera shake
