Printing From Memory

If you turn OFF the machine, all the documents stored in memory are deleted. Send or print all the necessary documents stored in memory before turning OFF the machine.

1. Press <Additional Functions>
   
   
2. Press <Set>
   
   
3. Using [<] or [>] key, go to [MEMORY REFERENCE].
   
   
4. Press <Set>.
   
   
5. Using [ <] or [>] key to select [PRINT DOCUMENT].
   
   
6. Press <Set>
   
7. Use [<] or [>] to select the transaction number (TX / RX NO.) of the document you want to print, or enter the number using the numeric keys.
   
   
8. Press <Set>.
   
   
9. Press [<] to print the first page only, or press [>] to print all pages of the document.
   
   
10. To print another document, return to step 7, or to finish printing, go to step 11.
    
    
11. Press <Stop> ;
