If print data is not sent to the printer, check the Printing Status screen and confirm the print queue is set to resume printing.

Mac OS X v.10.6x / 10.5.x:

  1. Launching the Printer Setup Utility.

    1. Open System Preferences and select Print & Fax.

    2. Select your model from the Printers list, and click Open Print Queue.

  2. In the printing status screen, confirm Pause Printer icon is active.

  3. If this icon is not active, click the arrow button to resume printing.

  4. The printing status screen should show an inactive Resume icon as shown below.

  5. All paused documents will print automatically.

Mac OS X v.10.4.x / Mac OS X v.10.3.9:

  1. Launching the Printer Setup Utility.
    1. Select Applications from the Go menu of Finder.
    2. When you double-click the Utilities folder and then double-click the Printer Setup Utility icon, the Printer Setup Utility is launched and the printer list appears.

  2. In the printing status screen, confirm neither of the two icons are active.
    • If the Resume icon is active, click it to resume printing.
    • If the Stopped icon is active, click it to resume printing of all documents.

  3. The printing status screen should appear like this.



  4. All paused or stopped documents will print automatically.
