USB Driver for MultiPASS Unit not Installed

When attempting to print, the following message appears: "USB Driver for MultiPASS Unit not Installed"

Perform each of the following steps until the message has been cleared.

1. Connect the MultiPASS printer directly to the USB (Universal Serial Bus) port on the computer. Do not connect the printer to your computer's keyboard or through a non-powered USB hub.
2. The printer may be busy. Wait momentarily until the printer has completed printing, scanning, or faxing.
3. (Mac Only) In the Extensions folder, confirm that IWPrintClassDriver, ContentionLib, and the MultiPASS Printer Driver Extensions are enabled.
