To accommodate the smaller quick-return lens of the cameras, the back focus (the distance from the rear element of the lens and the sensor) is shortened further (short back focus) than that of the regular EF lenses. Attaching the Strap Pass the end of the strap through the camera s strap mount from the bottom. Then pass it through the strap s buckle as shown in the illustration. Pull the strap to make sure it does not slip out of the buckle.
