Make sure that the toner cartridges are properly installed.

Make sure that the toner cartridges are properly installed. Print quality may deteriorate if you touch or damage the drum (A) at the bottom of the toner cartridge. 5. Shake the toner cartridge 5 or 6 times as shown in the figure to evenly distribute the toner inside the cartridge. Do not remove the drum protective cover (A).
