Alexa Print FAQs
Connecting your printer to Alexa To connect with Alexa, your printer must have its power turned on and must be connected to the same wireless network as Alexa. Your printer must also have IPP and MDMS settings turned on. If you still are unable to connect to Alexa, your printer is not compatible with Alexa at this time.
